Senior Physiotherapist Job Description

At Senior Care Authority of Inland Empire, CA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, delivering high-quality treatments, and contributing to the growth and development of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide High-Quality Care: Deliver evidence-based treatments to patients, consistently meeting our clinical pathways and standards.
  • Consultative Approach: Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with patients to achieve lasting outcomes.
  • Client Management: Attract and retain clients through exceptional patient management, building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Referral Relationships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including sports clubs, gyms, and consultants.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, partners, and colleagues, providing well-documented notes and reports as required.
  • Professional Development: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Bodyset policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining high standards of product delivery and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree, full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council, and Senior Society of Physiotherapy membership.
  • Experience: 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in the private healthcare sector.
  • Skills: Excellent written English skills, ability to use Microsoft Office applications, and evidence of continued professional development.
