We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to take on the role of Employee Experience Manager at The ONE Group Ltd.

About the Role:

  • As an Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
  • You will work closely with the Head of People to develop and implement people strategies that drive business success.
  • You will also manage the Employee Relations casework and provide guidance on Employment Law and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Employee Relations casework.
  • Provide guidance on Employment Law and best practice.
  • Support the Head of People in developing and implementing people strategies.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels.
  • Desirable: Spanish Speaking.
