Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to take on the role of Employee Experience Manager at The ONE Group Ltd.
About the Role:
- As an Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
- You will work closely with the Head of People to develop and implement people strategies that drive business success.
- You will also manage the Employee Relations casework and provide guidance on Employment Law and best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Employee Relations casework.
- Provide guidance on Employment Law and best practice.
- Support the Head of People in developing and implementing people strategies.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Employment Law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels.
- Desirable: Spanish Speaking.
