Become an Employee Experience Manager at Stenn Group

We are looking for an experienced Employee Experience Manager to join our team at Stenn Group, a FinTech company in Europe. As a key member of our internal communications team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our internal communications strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in internal communications and employee engagement, preferably within a fast-growing or global organisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that position Stenn Group as an employer of choice, highlighting our unique culture, working style, and the customers we serve.

You will partner with the People & Culture team to drive the communication, awareness and adoption of key programmes, such as engagement surveys, values awards, OKR roll out, and performance & learning cycles.

A salary of £70,000-90,000 per year is anticipated for this position, contingent upon your level of expertise. You will be located in London and collaborate closely with our Marketing team to ensure internal and external messaging align.
