You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively convey menus, prices, and any other essential information.

Your role involves not only serving drinks and food but also engaging with our guests on a personal level. This might mean recommending dishes, sharing stories about our local events, or simply being an attentive listener. In doing so, you will contribute significantly to building a loyal community around Plough, where people feel valued and supported.

To excel in this position, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
