Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Fabric Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance across large commercial office sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Undertake basic fabric duties, including painting, decorating, and minor repairs
  • Carry out plumbing activities, including clearing blockages and attending to burst pipes
  • Assist with office moves and liaise with the contract management team
  • Investigate complaints and take appropriate action
  • Ensure all personnel and contractors take safety measures to prevent danger

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Understanding of most building fabric duties
  • Good communication skills
  • Health & Safety experience
  • Basic PC literacy

Package:
  • £38,000 basic salary
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Overtime available
