Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. The successful candidate will work across four residential services settings in Northampton and Leicester, providing specialist rehabilitation and management of neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop evidence-led therapy programs for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical care and adhere to national guidelines for excellence.
  • Participate in internal training and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure patient safety and protect their human rights.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration.
  • Previous experience in neurorehabilitation settings.
  • Specialist level dysphagia competency on the RCSLT framework.
  • Ability to motivate patients and work effectively in a team.
