We are currently recruiting an Italian speaking Accounts Payable Specialist for our client based in Swindon. As a highly skilled professional in accounts payable, you will be responsible for verifying supplier information, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other finance teams.

This role combines remote and office work, with 3 days spent in the office. New starters are expected to complete training in the office full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and reconciling invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of debits and credits.
  • Collaborating with other finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Verifying supplier information and maintaining accurate records.
  • Meeting deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Previous experience working with international organisations/suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Finance qualification desirable but not essential.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £33,000. The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package including a salary of up to £33,000 per annum, making it an attractive option for candidates seeking a rewarding career in accounts payable.
