Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security AI Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the growth of our world-class cyber security AI company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our global offices, resolving complex issues via various communication channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users across the globe.
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently, utilizing troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, and other systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer and mobile phone hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Handle shipping requests, manage inventory, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a cyber security environment.
  • CompTIA A+, CCNA, or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 23 days' holiday + public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service.
