About the Role:

As a Trade Branch Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the branch, including stock management, customer support, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to new and existing customers
  • Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards, and branch sales targets are achieved
  • Support the delivery of sales targets while developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Assist with the delivery of branch operations, including stock management and maintenance records
  • Support the Branch Manager to ensure team compliance with Health and Safety, company policies, and procedures
Person Specification:
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • A hands-on customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
  • A commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins, while ensuring our customers always walk away happy
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and use own initiative
  • Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry-standard software (e.g., SAP)
  • A full and valid driving license is essential, and a FLT license could be a distinct advantage
