MEP Planner Required

We are seeking an experienced MEP Planner to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing design and construction progress, project planning, and implementing project controls systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze design and construction progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans using Primavera P6 or ASTA PowerProject
  • Set up and manage Progress Measurement Systems (PMS)
  • Conduct cost loading and implement project controls systems
  • Monitor labor hours and analyze labor efficiencies
  • Track systems turnover and monitor delays and client notifications
  • Prepare monthly project reports for senior management
  • Provide support to the team by identifying risks and opportunities in potential change orders
  • Interact with subcontractors and support the commercial and estimating teams
  • Assist with managing client relationships and controlling and monitoring project programs
  • Conduct independent site visits to evaluate site progress
Requirements:
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for their career and projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working within an M&E contractor
  • Relevant qualifications - degree qualified
