Job Opportunity: Industrial Assembly Specialist

Barker Ross Group is seeking an Industrial Assembly Specialist to join our team in Northampton. As an experienced injection moulding machine operator, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality parts while maintaining efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate injection moulding machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Perform assembly tasks according to detailed instructions
  • Inspect parts coming off the machine for defects, mistakes, and errors
  • Monitor and report any quality issues or discrepancies

The successful candidate will have prior experience operating injection moulding machines and performing assembly tasks. You will also have good eyesight and a steady hand to ensure precise assembly and inspection.
