Job Title: Asset Financial Controller

The Asset Financial Controller will be responsible for leading the Industrial Finance team in Vermont and Simcoe Manufacturing, driving financial performance through World Class Manufacturing (WCM), and implementing cost improvement and restructuring projects. This role will also provide financial expertise and leadership for process improvement and automation opportunities in the Finance and Performance Management space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Industrial Finance team in Vermont and Simcoe Manufacturing, driving financial performance through World Class Manufacturing (WCM).
  • Implement cost improvement and restructuring projects, challenging and calculating sensitivities, and building business cases.
  • Provide financial expertise and leadership for process improvement and automation opportunities in the Finance and Performance Management space.
  • Monitor and lead all Cost Controlling activities performed by colleagues in Supply Chain Financial Services (SCFS).
  • Develop relationships to drive performance improvements in the SU, sharing best practices with colleagues.
  • Drive for change and continuous improvement in the business and within finance.
  • Provide incisive and persuasive management performance reporting and analysis solutions across multiple organizational dimensions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in a related field; Masters degree or CPA preferred with 5+ years of relevant finance work experience.
  • Business partnering experience with clear, focused, and sound financial assessment and guidance (strategic insights, risks, and opportunities).
  • Prior work experience in Supply Chain Finance strongly preferred; SAP preferred.
  • Microsoft Office required; Advanced Excel required.
