Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the McDonald's team as a Trainee Salaried Manager. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a desire to lead and inspire teams within our restaurants.

As a Trainee Salaried Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing feedback and development opportunities to your team members, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant. This includes:

  • Modeling customer-focused behaviours and acting with integrity, honesty, and in line with McDonald's values.
  • Displaying leadership by coaching the team and providing them with feedback and development opportunities.
  • Leading the team to have a shared understanding and vision of an exceptional customer experience.
  • Working with the wider management team to implement strategies to improve business sales and profitability.
  • Analysing trends inside and outside of the restaurants that can impact the business.
