Driver/ Luggage Porter - Soho Farmhouse

As a Driver/ Luggage Porter at Soho Farmhouse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by transporting guests safely and efficiently around the property. You will possess a natural hospitable charm and be able to connect with guests from the moment they arrive on site.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within hospitality or service-based industry experience as a Host / Porter/ Valet / Concierge / Luggage Porter. You will be a team player who communicates well with all colleagues, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. You will also have a sense of urgency, a yes, yes, yes mentality, and a can-do attitude.

Expected working hours for a Driver/ Luggage Porter:

  • Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes
  • Average hours 32-45 hours per week

Subsidised transport rate offered from: Chipping Norton (OX7) & Banbury (OX15 & OX16)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive small electrical milk floats to transport guests around the property
  • Ensure guests have a great experience during their journey
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations
