Site Fitter- Supervisor

Gap Construction is seeking a highly skilled Fit Out Site Manager to lead high-quality fit-out works in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RC framed residential buildings and experience in managing metal stud/drylining, MEP installations, and various finishing trades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing metal stud/drylining, 1st and 2nd fix MEP installations.
- Supervising trades such as flooring (hard/soft), joinery/carpentry, kitchen installation, tiling, painting, and decorating.
- Ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the project.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of MEP installations and various finishing trades.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality finishes.
