About this role


We're looking for a talented Business Operations Manager to join our Customer Experience team. As a Business Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience.


Key Responsibilities



  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
  • Analyse and implement corrective actions to drive quality and productivity
  • Support and lead a team to achieve business objectives
  • Analyse performance and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes

A day in the life


You'll work closely with colleagues in other teams and external partners to drive operational efficiency and meet customer demands. This will involve analysing data and performance metrics, as well as discussing operational improvements with engineers.


About the team


Our Operations team is at the heart of the Amazon customer experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly from desktop to doorstep. We put safety first and use the expertise of our people to deliver packages quickly, conveniently, and sustainably.


As a Business Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with different teams within the Amazon operations model, including Customer Fulfilment, Amazon Transportation Service, and Amazon Logistics.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience in a logistical working environment
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite in a professional environment
