About the HLTA Role:
  • Teaching Assignments: Provide leadership in planning and executing lessons for various age groups, adapting teaching approaches as necessary.
  • Special Education Needs Support: Collaborate with teachers to provide personalized support to students with specific requirements.
  • Individualized Learning Plans: Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborative Work Environment: Foster effective communication and teamwork among teachers, staff members, and students.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Experienced HLTA: Proven expertise in instructing multiple year groups, including Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, with familiarity of relevant curricula.
  • Teaching Excellence: Demonstrate resilience, creativity, and commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments.
  • Credentials: Current DBS clearance and verifiable professional references.
