Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join our team, working in primary schools with children who require additional support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and be able to provide individualized care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe Environment: Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in your care.
  • Support Delivery: Work directly with children on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or as part of a larger class, providing targeted support to meet their individual needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with experienced teachers and teaching assistants to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent qualifications are required.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year's experience working in special education, education, or as a teaching assistant is necessary.
  • Certification: Enhanced DBS clearance is mandatory.
