Compensation Manager Job Description

This role is based at our UK headquarters in Southampton, where our detectors business is located. You will require a level of travel to support our cameras business at Basildon, as well as occasional UK and international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Chair reviews with the development teams to ensure delivery of the roadmap at an acceptable level of business risk while ensuring manufacturability and competitiveness.
  • Manage the risk management strategies for product and technology development.
  • Work in integrated project teams to drive business growth.
  • Lead project management efforts in a development environment.

Requirements:

  • A strong degree in a scientific or engineering subject or equivalent level of experience.
  • Experience of management of product and technology development along with the risk management strategies.
