Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Property Sales Case Handler to join our successful asset management business in Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties across the UK, with the objective of selling each property for the best price possible in the shortest time scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the pre-market process, liaising with the in-house maintenance team to ensure each property is well presented, secure, and in a condition fit for marketing in accordance with each client's requirements.
  • Review selected estate agents to ensure their suitability for marketing on each property.
  • Obtain market appraisals from estate agents and professional valuations from surveyors to determine an initial asking price and achievable price in a summary written recommendation.
  • Keep in regular telephone contact with your chosen estate agent, and through your communication and questioning skills, assess their on-going effectiveness; and where necessary agree price reductions or instruct an alternate estate agent to achieve a successful sale.
  • You will be responsible for the approval of the estate agents online advertising, to ensure each property is accurately described and depicted with good quality photographs.
  • Accurately record and negotiate offers with estate agents to obtain the highest price possible from each purchaser and assess their ability to proceed.
  • Accept, reject, or refer each offer dependent on price, time on market, their ability to proceed financially, and client mandate.
  • Manage all costs accurately throughout the sales period and only authorize essential expenditure, so that costs are minimized across the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Some experience within residential sales and/or property administration would be beneficial, but is by no means essential as our client offers full training.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • First-class customer service skills.
  • Good administration skills.

Package:

The package on offer will include a basic salary of £25,000, plus a £5,200 per annum bonus enabling you to earn £30,200.

In addition, you will also be provided with fantastic benefits such as 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a day off for your birthday, free mortgage advice, 0.5% sales fee, modern light & airy office premises with on-site café and activities, on-going training and development, and much more. There is also on-site parking available.
