Nursing Director of Care and Learning

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Foxburrow Grange, a state-of-the-art care home providing high-quality person-centred care. As a key member of the management team, you will lead and inspire staff to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.
As a Registered Nurse with current NMC pin number, you will possess extensive experience working with older people, particularly those with long-term conditions such as neurological disorders, stroke, heart disease, depression, and arthritis. Your expertise in care home environments, CQC requirements, and NMC recognised Mentorship training will be invaluable in this role.
Your responsibilities will include advising, coaching, and developing staff to ensure the delivery of good clinical outcomes, while leading on complex care issues and promoting relevant standards and protocols. You will also develop clinical practice relating to MCA and DoLS, End of Life Care, diabetes, and other healthcare needs provided for our residents.
Foxburrow Grange is a 69-bed home with outstanding facilities, located within easy reach of major transport links and close to Colchester town centre. We offer a supportive and friendly team environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
