**About the Role:**

We are seeking a part-time Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Firefly Childcare New Dorset LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to contribute to our company's growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in debt recovery, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to resolve payment issues effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to resolve any outstanding debt issues
  • Contact clients regarding overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of debt recovery activity and interactions
  • Monitor and report on debt recovery activity and status on a weekly basis
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments
  • Recommend accounts for further action, including legal proceedings if necessary

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Debt Recovery Specialist or similar role
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and debt recovery techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office with a strong knowledge of Excel preferred
  • Experience working with clients and resolving disputes preferred

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
