We are recruiting Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
- Ensure the safety of the service users.
- Follow care plans for each individual.
- Take service users out into the community.
- Participate in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening and day trips.
- Varying levels of personal care.
Requirements:
- No experience is required.
- Must be resilient.
- Drivers are essential due to the location.
- Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
