Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to contribute to our client's innovative projects. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate net estimates of project costs and manage the submission of tender offers to clients.
  • Work on both traditional and non-traditional forms of procurement, ensuring competitive and accurate tenders in line with the client's requirements.
  • Interpret drawings and technical specifications, and possess a strong understanding of cost control, timing, and quality management.
  • Utilize Conquest Estimating System or similar software to streamline the estimation process.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Estimator with a successful track record of delivering a variety of tenders.
  • Experience with multiple construction methods and procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant degree in a construction-related field, with a minimum of a Level 4 qualification (HNC/NVQ4 or similar).
