We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing sales across the Yorkshire region, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and managing existing customer accounts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Arrange face-to-face sales appointments and call cycles with customers and prospects.
  • Meet all sales targets and promote new ranges and product launches.
  • Manage customer accounts and increase spend through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Implement new business development initiatives and develop the company's branding and professional profile.
  • Establish a network of dealers who can build up and sell the brand.
  • Carry out customer product training sessions and attend coaching review sessions and team meetings.
  • Develop a strategic contact plan for each account to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Track customer contacts, pricing enquiries, customer issues, and sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Follow up on product promotions, campaigns, marketing initiatives, and customer incentive schemes.
  • Handle technical enquiries and liaise internally for relevant information.
  • Place orders with the sales office by phone or email and send sample requests to the office.
  • Conduct telesales activity as required.

Benefits

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 basic plus commission. Company car or car allowance.
