Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a School Customer Service Assistant. This role involves supporting the preparation of school meals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive brand image.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality meals to our clients and customers
  • Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
  • Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image by consistently delivering excellent customer service
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar catering-related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills, with attention to detail
