Job Summary

TPF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a reputable firm of chartered accountants in Sidcup. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting managers and directors with end-to-end accounting tasks, including accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT for a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate and income tax computations
  • Undertake ad hoc work as requested by management
  • Liaise with clients as necessary
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in practice, preparing accounts, tax, and other responsibilities for a mixed client base
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
