Accounts Assistant

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant / Semi Senior to join their dynamic team of chartered accountants in Sidcup. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the management team in the preparation of accounts, tax computations, and other financial responsibilities for a mixed client base of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of accounts, tax computations, and other financial reports for clients.
- Undertake ad hoc work as requested by management, including liaising with clients as necessary.
- Report to the Partners and Accounts Managers on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of corporate and income tax computations.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preparing accounts, tax, and other financial responsibilities for a mixed client base.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 dependent on experience and background.
