Capital Raising Expert

Estimated Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum

Job Description:

Mason Blake is seeking an experienced Capital Raising Expert to join their global Investor Relations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and raising capital for the company's international product offering from institutional investors, endowments and foundations, family offices and other investors.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and raise capital for Mason Blake's global product offering
  2. Identify and expand limited partner relationships in specific European countries
  3. Contribute to local and global product development
  4. Form collaborative relationships with investment teams, Portfolio Managers and other investment professionals
  5. Keep abreast of market opportunities and competitors
  6. Promote the brand and product through events, PR and attract new investors to the firm

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record in capital raising, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. A degree level qualification or equivalent in a related business/analytical subject or relevant certifications such as CFA is highly desirable.

Skillset Requirements:

  • Proven experience in capital raising across real estate and/or real estate investments
  • Demonstrable real estate experience within the UK and Continental Europe
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create persuasive presentations and effectively write and present information
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with colleagues and clients across all levels
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work flexibly in a changing environment
