Cover Supervisor Position

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to provide general cover in a partner school in the Pembroke area. The school is looking for a reliable and flexible individual to support the teaching staff when there are illnesses or absences.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering lessons where the work has been set by the teacher.
- Ensuring positive behaviour management in accordance with school policies.
- Supporting pupils who are having difficulty in completing the work that has been set.
- Developing strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
- Assisting with the supervision of pupils out of lesson times, including before and after school and at lunchtime.
- Full and part-time hours available, as you will work on a flexible basis on days you are available and when the schools need additional support.
- A competitive wage, dependent upon experience and the responsibilities associated with the role.
