As a Housekeeping Manager at Greene King, you will lead a dedicated team in crafting unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead from the front to ensure an outstanding guest experience, being a role model for your team.
  • Create exceptional environments through meticulous preparation, flawless cleanliness, and thoughtful additions.
  • Manage staffing, work assignments, and performance goals, providing mentoring and coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Plan rotas, control budgets, and communicate effectively with other managers to meet guest demands and address special requirements.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance training for new team members, while overseeing housekeeping team training and standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections, report defects, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness in public areas, promptly address guest experiences, assist in VIP requirements, and focus on delivering personalized touches for complete guest satisfaction.
