The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out plan appraisals, statutory consultations, and site inspections, as well as developing the company's existing client base in Bath. They will be a Chartered Building Control Officer with a strong understanding of Building Regulations and the ability to make pragmatic and value-driven decisions.
