Job Title: Risk & Operational Resilience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Operational Resilience Manager to join our team at NatWest Group. As a key member of our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the resilience of our services and the security of our customers' information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an annual risk-based assurance program to confirm that key policies and controls have been effectively implemented by third-party suppliers.
  • Provide management with information and presentations on key findings to support business owners in identifying and managing risks, issues, or control gaps.
  • Work with business owners and suppliers across multiple geographical regions, requiring occasional travel for onsite reviews.
  • Support the management of the third-party supplier inventory in line with regulatory changes or jurisdictional requirements.
  • Maintain our overall governance and risk position through regular monitoring and timely delivery of the assurance schedule.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key policy risk domain owners and business owners.
  • Support a proactive risk culture and continuous improvement within TPRM Operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a risk assessment team, information security, a technical audit function, or risk and control, applying operational risk within a financial services environment.
  • Project management skills and disciplines to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
