About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Content Manager to join our team at Transreport Limited in London, England. As a hybrid employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home and in our office, depending on your preferences.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global content strategy that aligns with our mission to make travel more accessible for everyone. You will work closely with our regional teams and external partners to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences worldwide.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive global content strategy that connects with both end-users and businesses across multiple regions.
  • Create a wide range of content types, including marketing collateral, blogs, e-books, whitepapers, podcasts, video content, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and external partners to adapt and localise content for different markets.
  • Support global sales efforts by creating case studies and internal content to help build relationships with customers worldwide.
  • Track and report on global content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hootsuite.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B and B2C content marketing within a global technology-driven business.
  • Lived experience of disability/chronic illness or deep understanding of disability/chronic illness and accessibility barriers.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, along with video creation and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in a second language would be highly advantageous, supporting effective communication with diverse, multicultural audiences.
