Job Overview: As our new E-commerce Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving growth across major online and offline accounts in the UK market for Veblen International, a leading sustainable beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth across major online and offline accounts in the UK market.
  • Lead and support the brand's growth across major online and offline accounts in the UK market.
  • Analyse business data and trends to identify opportunities to optimise sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and commercial reporting to maintain actionable business insights.
  • Maximise brand presence by securing prime store space and locations while elevating the overall brand image.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, leveraging account insights to drive business growth and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with UK Beauty e-commerce platforms (experience with Boots is a plus).
  • Expertise in planning, analysis, and reporting, with strong P&L and budget management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful insights and proposals.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of individual accountability and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding goals.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
