Care Assistant Job Description
Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join their team as a Care Assistant at the Priory Court Care Home in Stamford. Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to residents, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure continuity of services and contributing to creating meaningful lives for our residents. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high standards of personal care to residents, respecting their dignity and independence at all times.
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure continuity of services and create a positive, supportive environment for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and colleagues, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.

Benefits and Salary
