About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our Home Care team as a Healthcare Support Worker.

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our customers in their own homes, maintaining their dignity, respect, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, including washing and dressing individuals as per their needs and preferences
  • Supporting with fluids and nutrition, ensuring adequate food and drinks are provided
  • Managing medication, with full training provided
  • Manual handling, with full training provided by our internal fully accredited Manual Handling Assessor
  • Community access and PEG feeding, with full training provided

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care
  • Ability to work on a shift rota, including weekends
  • Required to undertake reference checks and a Disclosure and Barring Service Check prior to employment

  • Driving licence and car required
