**Job Title:** Digital Solutions Analyst

**About the Job:

  • We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Analyst to join our team at Moody's Investors Service.

**Job Description:** As a Digital Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving the effectiveness of digital solutions across Moody's, working closely with the Digital Workplace Experience team on various tasks, such as end user journey mapping, creating and updating Tech Trek content on our EXPO intranet, and partnering with other DWS teams for CSI initiatives and project solutions.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Assist in creating and maintaining end user journey maps that illustrate the current and desired states of how employees interact with digital tools and services.
  • Identify and work through Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives from identification and recommendations, through to execution and delivery, with a Digital Workplace experience lens. Strong business and IT process knowledge essential.
  • Work with the team in organizing and delivering various activities, such as workshops, training sessions, surveys, and content distribution. Experience in Microsoft Planner would be beneficial.
  • Collaborate with DWS, TSG, and wider shared services partners to support the digital workplace experience enablement strategy and processes.
  • Build meaningful cross-functional stakeholder relationships, including ongoing support of the Digital Champions Network.
  • Create and update Tech Trek content on our SharePoint-based intranet, including user guides, FAQs, video learning, and training content.
  • Create and update content for end user touch points, including user guides, emails, FAQs, signage, and quick reference guides.
  • Support the curation of PowerPoint briefing packs for Digital Transformation initiatives, highlighting key milestones, impact analysis, and the Digital Workplace Experience.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes belonging and wellbeing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 3-5 years' experience in digital workplace and/or technology project implementation.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing the 'voice of the customer' across projects and initiatives.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of end user impact within digital transformation.
  • Good knowledge of digital workplace technologies, such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Good knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Good understanding of waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

**Salary Range:** £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
