The Role

We are looking for a skilled Line Chef who is always looking to get involved in the preparation of innovative, creative, and flexible traditional cuisines. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Cooking fresh dishes for large numbers of guests every day
  2. Maintaining exceptional standards in food preparation
  3. Helping out all other chefs as required
  4. Excellent knife and food preparation skills
  5. Attention to detail and a passionate personality
