Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Tenancy Support Team, ensuring high-quality support services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage clients, promote tenant involvement, and encourage active participation in their care plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address tenancy-related challenges, providing guidance and support to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure seamless referrals and smooth transitions for clients.
  • Contribute to service development, informing policy changes and improvements to enhance client outcomes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in supported accommodation or related services, with a strong focus on staff management and leadership.
  • Thorough understanding of complex issues affecting tenants, including mental health, substance misuse, and housing support.
  • Proficiency in using case management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary Scale: £39,000 - £44,000 per annum
