We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PI/Actions Against the Police & Public Authorities Solicitor to join our team based in Central London.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee a team of legal professionals while managing a caseload of complex matters relating to clients seeking redress for civil liberties violations, police misconduct.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of legal professionals
  • Manage a caseload of complex matters
  • Develop and implement strategies for client cases
  • Ensure compliance with LAA requirements and LASPO
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • 3+ years of PQE
  • Experience in handling actions against the police and related legal matters
  • Deep understanding of civil liberties, human rights law, and the legal framework governing police conduct and accountability
  • Leadership and strategic planning skills
