About the Company

The HEINEKEN Company is a leading brewer with a rich history and commitment to quality. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that our products meet the highest standards, and we're looking for a talented Sr Quality Manager to join us in Tadcaster.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary of £70,000 per annum, plus 15% benefits allowance (taken as cash or used against other benefits). Additional perks include an annual bonus, company-funded private medical healthcare, double-matched pension, 35 days' holiday, and a monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers.

About the Role

In this key position, you'll lead the quality team, driving supplier performance management follow-up and corrective/preventive actions. You'll also integrate Health and Safety into all QA-related workflows and procedures, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

As Sr Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining all relevant QM, food safety, and laboratory management systems. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in terms of quality and innovation.

  • Ensure the quality of incoming raw, packaging, and auxiliary materials by driving supplier performance management follow-up and corrective/preventive actions at the brewery level.
  • Integrate Health and Safety into all QA-related workflows and procedures.
  • Maintain all relevant QM, food safety, and laboratory management systems.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Agronomy, or Engineering Chemistry. At least 5 years' experience in food and beverage production and technology, quality control and assurance systems are essential.
