• Plan and execute the brewing schedule to meet customer demand.
• Supervise a team of brewers to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Continuously improve brewing processes and procedures to optimize production.

• Master's degree in Brewing Science or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a senior brewing management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
