Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and book valuations to showcase properties to potential clients
  • Conduct property viewings to provide exceptional customer service
  • Negotiate agreements to secure lets and progress them through to exchange and completion
Requirements:
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on customer care and customer service
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where you can develop your skills and progress your career.
