We're currently seeking a skilled Industrial Press Technician to join our production team in Newmarket, Suffolk. In this role, you'll play a vital part in producing high-quality ceramics, utilising your mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
About the Job: As an Industrial Press Technician, you'll operate and maintain a large industrial iso-static press, ensuring consistent and high-quality production. You'll work collaboratively with our engineering team to enhance tooling and moulds, manage heavy tooling and equipment, and identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in operating machinery or manufacturing (desirable).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet production targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
