About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and empathy.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they align with Trust objectives and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health Hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and maintain current nursing practices.
  • Restraint and ILS Training completed within the last 12 months (dependent on Trust requirements).
