Cleaning Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Daventry, Northamptonshire. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of cleaning staff
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality of service
- Drive to and from cleaning locations, covering sites across Daventry, Banbury, Rugby, and Coventry
- Audit and manage sites, including inventory stock checks
Requirements:
- Supervisor experience in the cleaning industry (essential)
- Must drive and have a car, with fuel mileage costs covered
- Company Car offered once permanent
