We are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic support worker to join our team at a special educational needs school in Mansfield.
Job DescriptionIn this critical role, you will provide individualized support to students with diverse special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, and SEMH.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and deliver personalized learning plans that cater to students' unique needs and abilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Foster a inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes students' social, emotional, and academic growth
- Hold a valid Enhanced DBS Disclosure or be willing to apply for one
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Have relevant experience in supporting students with special educational needs
- A salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience
