Catch specialises in Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, NetSuite and other ERP recruitment to end user clients, service providers, and consultancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to identify and engage qualified NetSuite professionals.
- Screen and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to understand their NetSuite staffing needs.
- Provide consultative recruitment services, offering insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Match suitable candidates with open roles, presenting their profiles to clients and arranging interviews.
- Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and other employment terms between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, pipeline status, and placement outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
- Strong understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem, including its modules, implementation processes, and key job roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
