Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planners and office manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established financial services practice and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new business and ensure all documentation is compliant
- Communicate with clients and providers to ensure efficient and high-quality service
- Assist with research and basic reports
- Update and maintain back-office systems accurately
- Work closely with the office manager and financial planners to provide administrative support
Requirements:
- Experience as an IFA Administrator
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
